SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE
-William Shakespeare (Joseph Fiennes) and Viola de Lesseps (Gwyneth Paltrow).
-Society of the time.
-The film is set in the 16th century, that is, in the middle of the Renaissance. They were some rich people but the majority were the poor people.
-Historical context of the time: The Queen and the Theatre....
-Elizabeth I, was queen of England and Ireland. Isabel was the fifth and last monarch of the Dynasty Tudor. Daughter of Enrique VIII, was born as princess, but her mother, Ana Bolena, was executed when she was three years old and after the death of her brothers Isabel assumed the throne.
At the middle of the 16th century, there create the court theatre and the first Renaissance theatre.
